Lily Shine opened in 2009 with small hopes of just giving my friends an outlet for buying some handmade goodies for their kids. Before long I found myself running with an amazing circle of other designers and crafter moms. Thank goodness for great sites like facebook, etsy and blogs in which I find great creative encouragement and collaborative efforts with other very talented women.
Now about me personally...
Small town girl with big hopes- I always have created a dream and never stopped till I was living it. I love to create, it is my bliss, my hideaway, my retreat. Shopping is a favorite hobby, when I am not making clothes I am buying them! My mother taught me to sew as a child, and I haven't put a machine away since! I love imagining designs, playing with different materials and styles and creating those one of a kind pieces that blow me away. I grow each day in my creative walk- inspired by nature, family, friends and of course my little princess who wears Lily Shine wherever we go!
